Eat’n Park Celebrates Start of Hockey Season with Free Smiley Cookies

How to get a free sweet treat!

Eat’n Park is giving guests something to smile about today—especially if they’re wearing Pittsburgh Penguins gear.

To celebrate the delayed start of the National Hockey League season, Eat’n Park is giving away free Smiley Cookies to anyone wearing Pens attires to the restaurants on Wednesday, Jan. 23.

Wednesday also is the first home game of the season for the 2-0 Pens.

To qualify for the free black-and-gold Smiley Cookie, made especially for the 2013 hockey season, any form of Penguins attire is acceptable.

The Smiley Cookie promotion lasts all day Wednesday at all area Eat’n Park locations, including the one at South Hills Village in Bethel Park.

It is unfortunate that a restaurant which purports to be family-friendly places its imprimatur on a sport whose focus is violence and injury: what an example for impressionable children.

It is unfortunate that a commenter that purports to know what he is talking about continues to spout off comments which show his complete lack of knowledge of sports. What an example for...noone.
