A film crew shooting a movie at St. Ignatius Church in Scott Township is looking for extras to play churchgoers during several “big crowd scenes.”

The crew producing “Escape From St. Quentin’s” at the church is asking residents to contact them about being extras this weekend.

Positions for the roles are limited and children are required to have work permits. The extra positions are unpaid, but will receive food during the filming and credits.

The scenes will be shot this Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The church is located at 125 Finley Ave. in the Glendale neighborhood of Scott Township.

Doree Simon, producer of “Escape From St. Quentin’s,” said their extras coordinator will handle permit applications, so people should not apply on their own for the roles.
