Viewfinder: Celebrities Help Raise Money for Casey's Clubhouse

Pittsburgh athletes and a 'Desperate Housewives' star help to raise more than $200,000 for a Miracle Field in Upper St. Clair.

Casey's Clubhouse hosted a successful "casino night" fundraiser at on Saturday night.

Organizers said they raised "well over $200,000."

Casey's Clubhouse is spearheaded by former and his wife, Mandi. They are working to raise enough money to build a Miracle Field in Boyce Mayview Park. A Miracle Field is a rubberized baseball field that children with special needs can safely use. to see what the drawings of the field will look like.

Another fundraiser will take place on Sunday, March 27 and everybody is invited. The bowling fundraiser is from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the AMF/Mt. Lebanon Lanes. The cost is $25 per bowler, which includes two games and bowling shoe rental. Door prizes include free bowling and Sean Casey autographed memorabilia.

Casey's Clubhouse's website offers other ways to donate and a place to sign-up to volunteer.
