A dozen seniors living at Asbury Heights showed off their moves with a Halloween flash mob dance.

A dozen seniors at Asbury Heights gathered for a “flash mob” dance during the Mt. Lebanon senior living center’s Halloween party.

This is the first year the center and its residents organized a flash mob that delighted others dressed up for the spooky holiday.

Asbury Heights spokesman Jon Ebel said the ages of the residents in the dance video range from 77 to 95.

He said the residents participated to “prove that they are living life to the fullest and enjoying every minute of it.” Ebel added that they have received positive feedback about the video ever since the staff posted it on YouTube, with some people calling it “inspirational, entertaining and uplifting.”

The video begins with the annual Halloween parade as some residents and staff members walk down the hallway showing off their costumes. It then breaks into “Dynamite” by Taio Cruz as the residents break into dance. The dancing brings cheers claps and laughs from the audience.
