residents woke up to find SNOW this Oct. 29 morning!

The National Weather Service Pittsburgh issued a hazardous weather outlook at 9:47 a.m.

The statement said, "A low pressure system moving up the mid-Atlantic will allow for snow this morning. Snow will end by the early afternoon. With warmer ground temperatures, light accumulation will be limited to elevated and grassy surfaces."
