Families Pack Park for Movie Night

They played, laughed, giggled and ran around Boyce Mayview Park's multipurpose field having a great time as the sun made its way to the horizon...then they enjoyed the movie.

More than 300 people packed Boyce Mayview Park's multipurpose field on Thursday night for the Community Foundation of Upper St. Clair's second annual Family Movie Night.

Kids played, laughed, giggled and ran around as they waited for the sun to set and the movie, Rio, to begin. Families were prepared for fun, bringing picnic baskets, blankets, Frisbees and footballs.

This fall the Community Foundation is planning their first USC Homecoming Gala which will feature the class of 2011 hall of fame inductees. All proceeds from the gala will benefit the academic, arts and athletic initiatives in the school district.
