Inspired by her own weight loss journey of 70 lbs., ordained Presbyterian minister and ACE certified personal trainer Hilary Livingston developed this motivational program as part of her doctoral studies at Fuller Theological Seminary to help people experience wellness of the whole person – mind, body, and spirit.
