A local couple welcomed their new child at 13:13 (military time) on 3-13-13 at St. Clair Hospital.
Thirteen was a lucky number for one Mt. Lebanon couple expecting a new child.
Tiffany and Josh Duffy welcomed their new child, Connor, at 13:13 (military time) on 3-13-13 at St. Clair Hospital.

“We just thought it was kind of interesting how all the 13s lined up for this family,” St. Clair Hospital spokesman Bob Crytzer said.
