Just in time for the start of school, UPPER ST. CLAIR TODAY, the official publication of the School District and Township of Upper St. Clair, is happy to announce its fall 2013 edition to the community.

Mailed directly to your USC home or business, this local publication is provided free of charge and has proudly served the USC community for nearly 20 years. Postal delivery is scheduled August 22-29. School District and Township information can be found on pages 28-47 and 50-66, respectively.
