Please join Streams as they host the March PTA Council Meeting. PTA Council is the 'umbrella' PTA organization in Upper St. Clair, which provides leadership and coordination for all the PTA's in USC. This is a great time to hear from members of the School Board and Dr. O'Toole, learn about School District events, and ask questions. To learn what the PTA Council does for you, click here.

More About Streams Elementary School
Carl R. Streams Elementary School is one of three elementary schools in the Upper St. Clair school district. It holds classes for children in kindergarten through grade four. The school sets high academic standards for its students and also provides strong support for any type of learner. The school's building was newly remodeled in 2004.
