 bsp\;on&nbsp\;Friday\, May 4\,&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;Saturday\, May 5\,&nbsp\;
 at&nbsp\;7:30 PM\,&nbsp\;at the&nbsp\;USC High School Theater. "The Wiza
 rd of Oz" is a musical that is based on L. Frank Baum&rsquo\;s 1900 nove
 l\,&nbsp\;The Wonderful Wizard of Oz\,&nbsp\;and the 1939 film\,&nbsp\;T
 he Wizard of Oz.&nbsp\;The Fort Couch production will be a full length m
 usical complete with live orchestra\, sets\, and costumes.&nbsp\; The&nb
 sp\;ticket booth opens at 6 p.m. on the evening of each performance. Tic
 ket prices are $5 for adults\, $1 for students\, and USC senior citizens
  get in free.\nAll interested students of varying abilities are included
  in a variety of capacities\, including lead roles\, chorus\, pit orches
 tra\, dancers\, and stage crew. Involvement in a production of this magn
 itude allows students a rewarding and fulfilling experience not typicall
 y available in most districts prior to high school.\nThe goal of the For
 t Couch Musical is to provide students positive performance experiences 
 in the arts\, helping them to prepare for success not only in music but 
 throughout their lives. Participation in the Fort Couch musical also aff
 ords students a bonding experience\, where lasting and meaningful memori
 es are created.
