 elp those with lung disease manage difficult breathing\, anxiety\, cough
 \, and loss of energy. &ldquo\;Why Can&rsquo\;t I Breathe&rdquo\; is tau
 ght by a registered nurse who will explain different types of breathing 
 problems\, teach breathing retraining exercises and review medications&n
 bsp\;and oxygen. &ldquo\;Learning to Breathe Better&rdquo\; is taught by
  an occupational therapist who will address anxiety\, discuss relaxation
  exercises\, and teach work simplification/energy conservation technique
 s for activities of daily living to better manage shortness of breath. C
 lasses are also recommended for families and caregivers.&nbsp\; For more
