Registered dietitians provide nutrition education classes through the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. The classes are also open to the public. The classes provide education and information on a variety of topics including: Shopping Smart for the Heart, Diabetes and Heart Disease, Dining Out and Special Occasions, Healthy Holiday Eating, and Quick and Healthy Meals. Class topics change monthly. Nutrition Education classes are held twice monthly on a Wednesday at either 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. For more information, please call 412.942.1380.
