In light of the potential impacts from Hurricane Sandy, and Allegheny County declaring a county-wide disaster emergency, trick-or-treat has been rescheduled in the Township of Upper St. Clair for 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3.
The township has prepared as much as possible for any problems that may occur due to this storm, but asks that residents be vigilant and take proper precautions.

Ok one complaint. Did the USC need to use the Emergency deliver system to call and inform us trick or treat has been pushed to Saturday? Was that truly a Emergency? I mean seriously.

Can there be a reconsideration to have trick or treating on Halloween in light to the fact the storm did not truly cause any current implications to our area that justifies cancelation. The children are still having Halloween festivities at school on Wednesday.
