I have had lunch there 3 times since they opened and been disappointed each time. The rice is totally bland, over-cooked and appears to be an instant rice product, The pork carnitas was dry and tasted as if it were a leftover. However, the few moist bites I had were tasty. The Margarita tasted like it was straight out of a discount priced bottle of premade mix. Cannot recommend this restaurant unless they learn how to cook!

I'm not much of a fan of Mexican food, although my wife is. This does not sound like a place we may want to visit.
I do hope they improve and succeed , especially in that location, which seems to be a restaurant graveyard. I would be great if someone also replaced the old Pasquarelli's up the road with a decent restaurant, but I'm not very hopeful. Perhaps the surrounding area is already saturated with dining choices.

We have been twice. Both times were excellent. In fact, the second time, my husband took one bite of the pork tacos, put it down on the plate and leaned back in his chair. I immediately thought there was something wrong or really gross. He said that that was the best thing he has ever eaten and wolfed the rest down in about 2 bites. I want to go back and try the salads (for lunch-seems like salad is not dinner). I enjoy the more authentic ingredients. I agree-the location stinks.
