We're live! April 26, 2012.

The 2012 NFL Draft is in the history books and the Pittsburgh Steelers had quite a weekend that hopefully brought them a couple future Hall of Famers.

But we at Patch also want to thank everyone who showed up at our football draft party Thursday night at the Bottleshop Café in Collier.

We met many readers and others who are now just learning about Patch.com. We also greeted former Penn State football coach Tom Bradley and former Congressional candidate Evan Feinberg at our Patch table in the front of the Bottleshop.

We also gave away gift certificate prizes in a drawing to some of the people who signed up for our Patch.com morning e-mail newsletter.

Matthew Zeleznik of Rennerdale won the grand prize in the final drawing and will receive a $50 gift certificate to the Bottleshop. Other winners of $10 gift certificates include Jordan Pastorok of Scott, Billie Jo Giehll of Heidelberg, Rick Ferrari of South Fayette, Brian Cartier of Upper St. Clair and Chris Profeta.

We’d like to give a special thanks to the Bottleshop Cafe for their generous hospitality. Also, thank you to everyone who took a few minutes to drop by our Patch table or chatted football with us online.

If you couldn’t join us for our NFL Draft event, you can still sign up for our e-mail newsletter by clicking here.
