The singer and actress died Saturday at the Beverly Hills Hilton, where she was planning to attend a pre-Grammy Awards party hosted by her friend and mentor Clive Davis.

TMZ reports Houston may have suffered a fatal reaction from mixing alcohol and prescription drugs. However, official toxicology results won't be back for another four to six weeks.
