Single lane closures will occur on I-79 in the area north of the Bridgeville Interchange (Exit 54) in South Fayette Township and Bridgeville Borough on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 10-11, weather permitting.

PennDOT crews will be inspecting the bridge that carries I-79 over Chartiers Creek. Lane closures will occur in each direction from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Both directions will not be restricted simultaneously.    

Please use caution, slow down, and expect changing traffic patterns when traveling through the area.
