There are two free bagel promotions happening in our area on Thursday, Feb. 9.

Pittsburgh-area Panera Bread Cafés are celebrating National Bagel Day. The Panera at The Galleria of Mt. Lebanon is participating. Customers can receive a free bagel with the purchase of a coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate or espresso drink.

Bruegger's, including the location on Washington Road, is giving away three free bagels to customers on Thursday in honor of the restaurant chain's 29th birthday. Customers must bring in a coupon to receive the free bagels. Get the coupon by "liking" Bruegger's on Facebook.
