Flags to Burn in Upper St. Clair Tonight
The old flags will have a dignified retirement.
Dozens of tattered United States flags will be properly retired and set aflame Tuesday night.
Upper St. Clair Township officials and local Boy Scouts organized the special ceremony that will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the fire circle next to the old recreation center on McLaughlin Run Road.
The township added a "Retire Your Old Glory" bin at the new Community and Recreation Center on Mayview Road to collect unserviceable flags from residents in May 2012.

Could you rephrase the title of this article? "Flags to Burn" sounds like some sort of Anti-American protest. It should say something like "Flag Retirement Ceremony in Upper St. Clair tonight."

I agree. It is a Flag Retirement Ceremony.

Absolutely correct. Thank you for pointing that out. Liberal journalism at its best trying to be provocative and offensive. What other reason for a disrespectful title like that?
