Advisory Upgraded to Winter Storm Warning: Forecasters Increase Snow Prediction
The storm is expected to begin as a mixture of rain and snow before turning to all snow overnight.
The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a winter storm warning for the Pittsburgh region, including Upper St. Clair, from 6 p.m. Tuesday until 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Forecasters say snow will accumulate 5 to 8 inches before the storm ends Wednesday afternoon. The period of most intense snow will be between midnight Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.
A storm warning means that snowfall will make travel dangerous, according to the weather service, and drivers are urged to use extreme caution if they must go out.

I find it curious that you didn't use your real name when you posted your inappropriate comment.

It is unfortunate that some that comment on this site have no concept of what type of expression is appropriate for general audiences, forcing Patch to remove their posts, sometimes after inappropriate content and violation of the Terms of Use have been reported. There is a significant amount of valuable, substantive comment here. There is also a great deal of undignified, coarse material which seeks to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Perhaps the credo of, "When in doubt, be dignified" could be considered when one seeks to determine what is appropriate for submission to the public.

Ms Seymour, you ask a great question to which I am sure you will receive no answer from the offender. The individuals that post inappropriate, profane comments and who engage in vile personal attacks are virtually always anonymous. They do not have the courage to stand behind their views. Apparently they recognize that what they are doing is inappropriate and would be embarrassed if they had to identify themselves. Many newspapers have discontinued the acceptance of anonymous comments because of the inappropriate and hateful posts that anonymity generates.

Oren , I agree on the subject of vicious attacks and foul profane comments, but like I said, the snow didn't last long (usually doesn't in March) and we didn't get what they predicted!!!!! Ya'll need to lighten up a little!!
